Job Summary:
Valores de Activo LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Asset Management Coordinator to support the efficient tracking, maintenance, and optimization of company assets. This role is critical in ensuring accurate asset records, compliance with company policies, and maximizing asset utilization across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the asset management system, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date
• Track asset lifecycle including acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and disposal
• Coordinate regular asset audits and inventory checks
• Monitor asset performance and generate reports for management review
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure proper asset allocation and utilization
• Assist in developing and implementing asset management policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with financial, legal, and regulatory requirements related to asset handling
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance schedules, and vendor services
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes related to asset procurement and maintenance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in asset management, inventory control, or a similar role
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Proficiency in asset management systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ERP systems
• Knowledge of asset tracking technologies (e.g., RFID, barcoding)
• Familiarity with financial reporting and depreciation methods
