About the Opportunity

Nepternship is connecting qualified students with a potential Asset Management internship opportunity at a Global Investment Firm that invests across real estate, credit, and equities. This role could offer hands-on exposure to portfolio management, investment analysis, and deal evaluation within a multi-strategy firm. Interns would work directly alongside senior investment professionals and gain real-world experience that goes beyond the classroom.

Responsibilities

• Support investment teams across real estate, credit, and equity strategies
• Conduct market research, financial analysis, and asset-level due diligence
• Build and maintain financial models for portfolio monitoring and new investments
• Prepare investment memos, presentations, and client materials for internal review
• Collaborate cross-functionally with portfolio managers, research, and operations teams on strategic initiatives

Qualifications

• Finance, Economics, or Accounting major
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
• Financial modeling experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Understanding of real estate, fixed income, or equity markets
