Position Details

• Title: Asset Manager
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Salary Range: $55,000 – $60,000 per year
• Schedule: Monday–Friday (occasional weekends or on-call as needed)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure service quality and client satisfaction
• Attend client meetings, walkthroughs, and support new contract planning
• Hire, train, and manage janitorial teams while enforcing safety standards
• Develop and oversee work schedules to meet operational needs
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and vendor agreements
• Implement safety programs, document incidents, and perform inspections
• Manage daily site operations and assist with new account setups
• Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback or corrective actions
• Review payroll, invoices, and related financial records
• Maintain organized administrative and operational documentation
• Report site performance and updates to the Director of Operations

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or GED
• Able to pass background and drug screenings
• Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented

Preferred Experience & Skills

• Supervisory or leadership experience
• Background in janitorial, maintenance, or facility management
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Customer service focus and problem-solving ability
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office or similar)
• Familiarity with building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) is a plus
• Open to candidates with transferable skills and a willingness to learn
