Asset Management Manager
to join UNIMAC's team. As a leading heavy civil contracting company specializing in infrastructure, roads, and world-class motorsports facilities, UNIMAC is delivering landmark projects that align with Saudi Vision 2030. This role oversees the lifecycle planning, utilization, maintenance, and tracking of all company-owned assets, including heavy machinery, plant, vehicles (PMV), and infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency in a high-demand mega-project environment.
About the Role
Develop and implement the overall asset management strategy aligned with company objectives, leading a dedicated team to maximize asset uptime, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership
-
Lead and coordinate the efforts of all sub-departments: Workshop & Maintenance, PMV Operations, Logistics, and Asset & Compliance.

Establish KPIs and performance benchmarks across all asset management functions.

Workshop & Maintenance
-
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance strategies for all assets, ensuring maximum uptime.

Ensure workshop facilities are equipped, safe, and efficient.

Monitor maintenance schedules and resource planning to minimize downtime.

PMV Operations
-
Manage the full lifecycle of plant, machinery, and vehicles, from acquisition to disposal.

Monitor asset availability, deployment, and utilization across projects.

Ensure all PMV assets are operated safely and in compliance with regulatory standards.

Logistics
-
Supervise the logistics and transport functions to ensure timely and cost-effective asset movement.

Optimize fleet routing and reduce logistics costs while improving service levels.

Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and internal policies.

Asset & Compliance
-
Ensure all assets are accurately recorded, tagged, and tracked in asset management systems.

Guarantee compliance with internal controls, safety, environmental regulations, and legal obligations.

Lead internal and external audits related to asset management and maintain compliance documentation.

Reporting & Budgeting

Prepare and present regular reports on asset performance, maintenance costs, asset ROI, and risk assessments.

Develop and manage budgets for maintenance, operations, and asset acquisition.

Lead initiatives for cost optimization and resource efficiency.
Qualifications
-
BSc in Engineering or Asset Management.

12+ years of experience in equipment lifecycle or asset-intensive operations.
Required Skills

Asset utilization rate optimization.

Downtime reduction strategies.

Maintenance compliance management.

CAPEX forecasting accuracy.
Preferred Skills
