Senior Associate/Asset Manager
to serve as the primary asset manager for approximately half of a national portfolio. Reporting directly to the President, this is a true
"cradle-to-grave" seat
where you will have the autonomy to drive operations, lead partner communications, and execute complex 1031 exchange strategies.

The Role

Asset Performance:
Prepare and maintain annual business plans, quarterly reports, and life-of-deal underwriting for a mix of high-conviction
Multifamily and Industrial
assets.

Technical Excellence:
Reforecast and bridge financial projections using
Argus and Excel
, updating property valuations as market fundamentals shift.

Strategic Execution:
Work closely with internal staff, partners, and brokers to analytically value new opportunities and prepare comprehensive investment memoranda for the Investment Committee.

Project Oversight:
Monitor development and operating performance, review capital draw requests, and ensure compliance with loan and joint-venture requirements.
Who You Are

Experienced:
You possess
5–10 years
of relevant real estate experience.

Asset Class Expertise:
Strong preference for candidates with exposure to
Multifamily
and
Industrial
property types.

and
Microsoft Excel
