We're Hiring: Property & Land Administration Officer

Location: Islamabad G10/4

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Property & Land Administration Officer to manage land and property matters, coordinate with government departments, oversee legal documentation, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the purchase, sale, and leasing of agricultural, residential, and commercial properties.

Coordinate with CDA, Revenue Departments, housing societies, legal advisors, and other stakeholders.

Maintain and organize land records, title documents, lease agreements, and vendor contracts.

Conduct due diligence, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with land and property laws.

Oversee property maintenance, tenant coordination, utility management, and rent collection.

Prepare reports related to property performance, land transactions, and financial matters.

Requirements

✔ Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Law, Business Administration, or a related field (B.Com / LLB preferred).

✔ 4–5 years of relevant experience in administration, property management, legal/paralegal, or real estate operations.

✔ Candidates with prior Real Estate and Land Management experience will be preferred.

✔ Strong knowledge of Pakistani land laws, CDA procedures, mutation, Fard, stamp duties, housing society regulations, and computerized land records.

✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.

✔ Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

✔ Fluency in Urdu and English.

✔ Valid driving license and willingness to travel for field visits.

Preferred Profile

Experience in land acquisition, property transactions, and dealing with Revenue Departments, Patwaris, Tehsildars, CDA, and housing societies.

Experience managing rural/agricultural land matters will be an added advantage.
