Job Title Head of Asset management ( General manager )

Job Purpose

Responsible for inspection, operations, maintenance and repair of solar PV power plant

and its equipment. Ensuring safety and process are followed at site. Effective

management of resources and manpower. Improve & maintain site key performance

indicator (KPI)

Job role & responsibilities

● Ensure plant performance and asset life is maintained / improved.

● Ensure that plant total cost of ownership is low.

● Plan and implement Solar PV plant O&M schedule to ensure that equipment life

is protected.

● Initiate required changes in annual plan to ensure plant performance is

maintained.

● Monitor & identify deviation in Plant performance KPIs and develop corrective

action plans.

● Provide timely reports from field operation, status and O&M feedback

● Communicating with clients and third-party vendors

● Record and report all faults and deficiencies and other unusual occurrences

through Eira - Asset Management Platform

● Generate documentation (reports) on service rendered and required bills for

invoicing.

● Plan & manage spares and consumables for the site

● Monitoring & ensuring warranty and insurance claims

● Responsible for generating schedules and mobilizing the manpower according

to requirements

● Participation in review meetings and provide feedback

Qualifications

- B.E/B.Tech in EEE, ECE

- Minimum of 9-11 years experience in solar industry

- Should have handled a single project of 100+ MWp

Skills required

● Knowledge in measuring equipment testing

● Strong technical skills and communication skills

● Interpersonal skills to handle customers, officials & team

● Leadership ability to handle a team of 70 members

● Ability to identify faults and take corrective actions

● Proficiency in MS- Office & G-Suite

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
