Asset Recovery Specialist – Probate & Heir Research

Base Salary: $38,000 – $52,000 per year (depending on experience)

• Commission per successful recovery

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Case Manager to assist in recovering unclaimed property for individuals and businesses. This role involves research, investigation, and direct communication with potential claimants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research unclaimed property databases and public records
• Locate individuals and heirs using investigative tools
• Conduct skip tracing and background research
• Verify ownership documentation and eligibility
• Contact potential claimants via phone, email, and mail
• Prepare and submit claim documentation
• Maintain accurate records and case tracking

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in cold calling and client outreach
• Background in paralegal work, genealogy, or heirship research is a plus
• Experience in private investigation or skip tracing preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
