Asset Reporting Analyst
BCC (BCC-USA.com) is seeking a detail-oriented individual, preferably with life insurance knowledge, to work within our Asset Reporting team. The ideal candidate can effectively prioritize time, actively communicate , and work independently to meet reporting deadlines for our BOLI (Bank-owned Life Insurance) clients.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and review monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for clients.
- Request and track monthly policy values from insurance carriers to ensure accurate reporting.
- Generate and manage in-force illustration requests and interpret policy performance data.
- Maintain and update client records in Salesforce.
- Track and implement policy changes in Salesforce (e.g., insured name, owner, beneficiary).
- Monitor carrier rating changes and update Salesforce accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support policy administration and reporting accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with reporting deadlines and proactively resolve data discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required if the candidate has relevant life insurance experience.
- Experience in finance, insurance, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, or similar data management tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently, follow processes, and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
