Assist to Operations and Purchasing Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a candidate to join our aircraft distribution company located in Carlsbad CA

Manage customer contracts verification of accuracy of contract documents

Answer and route calls and direct inquires to the right team members

Manage customer contracts

Provide customer support via phone and email.

Manage emails

Provide administrative support to the operations manager and purchasing manager

Assist with basic accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks such as emailing customer invoices, entering UPS and FedEx bills.

Maintain and organize files with consistency and attention to detail.

Assist with special projects

Follow through on tasks and ensure timely completion of responsibilities.

Qualifications:
College Education preferred with applicable work experience in Customer Service and/or data entry and must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook. The ideal candidate should also be able to multi-task, pay close attention to detail, have experience working with online databases and portals, along with being able to work independently while still being part of a team. As this is a position directly dealing the account manager and the customer, possession of strong/positive communication skills - both written and verbal are critical.
