Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Afternoon Personal Assistant to support our team in both clinic operations, and media. This position requires someone dependable, proactive, and creative. The right candidate can anticipate needs, juggle multiple tasks calmly, and thrive in a role that blends administrative tasks with creative digital content creation.

Duties & Responsibilities Administrative & Clinic Support

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and daily workflow with accuracy.
  • Anticipate Dr.’s needs and keep priorities moving forward.
  • Answer and place calls with professionalism; accurately transcribe messages.
  • Organize and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Maintain office efficiency with filing, supply management, and workspace upkeep.
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment for patients by assisting with laundry, dusting/washing equipment, vacuuming/mopping, and general tidiness.

Social Media & Digital Content

  • Manage and post across social media platforms with consistency and creativity.
  • Develop engaging content ideas independently, while also incorporating Dr.’s feedback.
  • Design branded graphics and marketing materials (Canva preferred).
  • Edit short-form and long-form videos for promotions, education, and the supplement store launch.
  • Assist with website content management, updates, and product postings.
  • Ensure strong grammar, spelling, and editing in all public-facing content.

Requirements

  • Administrative Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Social Media Manager experience is preferred.
  • Strong computer literacy across office software, social media platforms, and digital tools.
  • Creative skills in Canva (preferred), video editing, and content creation.
  • Website management experience (preferred, not required).
  • Excellent communication skills — professional phone etiquette, clear writing, and strong editing.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow throughwithout stress.
  • Willingness to take constructive criticism and grow with feedback.
  • Must have strong drive, initiative, and the ability to work independently while also taking direction.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent morning availability.
