Job description
Melvic Construction is an Australian-based Construction company looking for a 3D Architectural Designer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop 3D models and photorealistic renderings using Lumion for architectural projects, including residential, commercial, and landscape designs.
- Create accurate and detailed site plan renderings, incorporating landscaping, roads, and surrounding environmental elements.
- Work closely with architects and design teams to understand project goals and visualize design concepts in 3D.
- Ensure accuracy in design representations, including textures, materials, lighting, and other visual details.
- Render high-quality walkthrough animations and still images that meet client requirements and deadlines.
- Review project plans and construction documentation to ensure consistency with 3D visualizations.
- Manage and organize project files, keeping track of multiple renderings and revisions as needed.
- Collaborate with project managers to address feedback and make necessary adjustments in renderings.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Lumion for rendering photorealistic architectural visuals and animations.
- Strong knowledge of site plan rendering, including environmental elements, landscaping, and site-specific details.
- Experience with 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Revit) and integrating models into Lumion.
- Understanding of architectural design principles and the ability to translate technical drawings into 3D renderings.
- Strong sense of lighting, texturing, and material application in 3D environments.
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
