```Duties:```
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and curriculum
- Provide support and guidance to students in various subjects, including tutoring and homework assistance
- Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
- Assist with the preparation and organization of classroom materials and resources
- Supervise students during recess, lunchtime, and other non-instructional periods
- Maintain open communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress and behavior
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience working with children, such as in a daycare or childcare setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices
- Familiarity with curriculum development and instructional strategies
- Experience working with students who have special education needs is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children
