Duties
- Assist in managing and nurturing existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and building relationships through warm calling and outreach
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance client engagement and expand market reach
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track client interactions, sales pipelines, and account activity
- Participate in negotiations to help close deals that align with company goals
- Conduct analysis of sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Support the technical sales process by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions
- Contribute to the creation of marketing materials and presentations for prospective clients
- Assist leadership in developing strategies for growth and customer satisfaction
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or related roles within technology or business services sectors
- Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals effectively
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is preferred
- Background in business development, marketing, or technical sales is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
- Analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Experience in leadership or team collaboration roles is a plus
- Ability to perform warm calling campaigns confidently and professionally

Pay: $50,607.14 - $150,946.24 per year
