Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and journals.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
- Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Support audits and tax-related activities.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in accounting or finance roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Good communication skills and a team player.
