We are hiring a dedicated and proactive Accounts & Operations Assistant to support our team across finance, administration, and basic operations.
Key Duties
This is a versatile role covering three areas:
- Finance & Accounts : - Processing all types of vouchers, verifying bills, reconciling statements/invoices, handling petty cash, assisting with A/P & A/R, and preparing reports.
- Operations & Inventory :- Maintaining accurate stock records (Stock Handling), keeping supplier information, creating sales/purchase invoices (DO, PO), and arranging material transportation if needed.
- Administration & Sales : -Front office duties (answering calls, meeting customers), general administrative works, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor of Commerce or Accountancy.
- Experience: Minimum 1 years in relevant accounting works (vouchers, reconciliation, Data Entry).
- Tech Skills: Well-versed in Focus and Microsoft Excel.
- Language: Must be fluent in English and Hindi/Urdu.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Advantage: Experience in the Building Materials and Hardware industry.
- Availability: Ready to join immediately.
- Candidate Preference: Male
