Experience- 2- 3 yrs
1. To manage and monitor site accounts activities and cash book by coordinating with the site.
2. Responsible for checking and processing contractors/ suppliers/ labour/ vendors/ travelling and imprest bills
3. Complete Project Accounts; along with control on Construction Cost and Revenue
4. Maintenance of Accounts in Tally.
5. Maintaining all books of accounts like, cash book, ledger , voucher both cash and bank on daily basis
6. Preparing the monthly budget for particular site
7. Ensure company accounts and tax returns are prepared and filed correctly and in time/within due date.
8. Maintenance of Accounts in Tally.
9. Interact with clients relating to accounts and finance matters of out-standings, credit/debit notes, deductions, etc.
10. Handle account payables and receivables.
11. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
12. Assist seniors in Accounts
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
