The Assistant Accountant supports the finance department by handling routine accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, and ensuring accuracy in daily transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record daily financial transactions accurately (payments, receipts, invoices).
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Maintain general ledger entries and reconcile accounts.
  • Prepare and process invoices, bills, and vendor payments.
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and employee reimbursement processing.
  • Support bank reconciliation and maintain bank statements.
  • Monitor petty cash and maintain related records.
  • Maintain proper filing of financial documents for audit and compliance.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for financial information.
  • Perform any other accounting-related tasks assigned by management.

Qualification:

Graduation.

Location : Nazimabad No.2
Timinigs : 11:00am to 07:30pm ( Mon-Sat )

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
