We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Assistant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to our accountants and other financial staff members, ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and statements.
  • Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
  • Create and update expense reports.
  • Process reimbursement forms and prepare bank deposits.
  • Enter financial transactions into internal databases.
  • Check spreadsheets for accuracy and maintain digital and physical financial records.
  • Issue invoices to customers and external partners as needed.
  • Participate in quarterly and annual audits.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their financial needs and report information to the Accountant.
  • Manage basic office administrative tasks including filing, printing, reporting, and emailing.

Qualifications:

  • Working towards a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Some experience as an Accounts Assistant or in a relevant role.
  • Good understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and accounting software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
