We are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join our Homecare company in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience using QuickBooks and a good understanding of basic accounting functions, preferably within the healthcare or services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
  • Record daily transactions, invoices, and expenses
  • Assist in accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and petty cash reports
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Assist in preparing financial reports as required
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an Assistant Accountant
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is mandatory
  • Experience in healthcare or homecare industry is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of UAE accounting practices
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time
