About Us

We are a well-established German company with over 21 years of experience in the mobile retail industry. Our headquarters is based in Germany, and due to strong growth and demand, we are actively expanding in Dubai. We are now hiring experienced professionals for our branches across Dubai who know the mobile phone market inside and out.

We are looking for a Field-Based Accounts Assistant who is comfortable with daily travel between multiple branches.

This is NOT an office-only or desk-based accounting role.

This position requires DAILY travel across branches in Dubai.

If you are looking for a job where you sit in one office all day, this role is NOT suitable.

Key Responsibilities

**• **Daily travel between company branches

**• **Collecting daily cash sales from branches

**• **Depositing cash daily to the bank

**• **Checking and reconciling cash drawers

**• **Managing and verifying petty cash

**• **Ensuring branch compliance with cash and accounting procedures

**• **Reporting discrepancies to Head Office

**• **Supporting the main accountant with field accounting tasks

Travel Requirement – VERY IMPORTANT

✔ Daily travel is mandatory

✔ Visits to multiple branches per day

✔ Role is 80–90% field work, not desk work

✔ Candidate must be physically present in branches

This is NOT a work-from-office role

This is NOT a stationary accountant position

Qualifications

· Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable

· Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel

· Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills

· Understanding of financial reconciliation and financial reporting processes

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively

· Basic understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements

· Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

· Previous experience in an accounting or financial role is advantageous

Please note: We are specifically hiring individuals with a background in mobile phone/accessory sales. Applicants without direct experience in this field will not be considered.
