Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Assistant Accountant for providing financial and administrative support to ensure effective, efficient, and accurate financial and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record Keeping & Data Entry: Maintaining and updating financial records, including sales, expenses, and purchases.
  • Bookkeeping: Performing tasks like journal entries, bank reconciliations, and maintaining ledgers.
  • Financial Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
  • Bank reconciliations: Reconcile bank accounts, comparing statements with general ledger balances, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Monitor cash flow and ensure that payments are processed in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and file taxes such as VAT, GST, and TDS under supervision.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.

Qualification:

  • A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is generally the standard minimum requirement.
  • 3+ years’ related experience preferred
  • Familiarity with accounting software's. preferred Tally.
  • Effective communication, both written and verbal, is vital for collaborating with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
  • The ability to work well within a team and collaborate with others is often a requirement.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to use formulas, functions, and analyze data, are essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
