Job Description

Dewan Aldahab Jewellery Co. LLC, located in Gold Souq Deira, is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support the accounting department with daily financial operations and data entry tasks. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge and be comfortable working with accounting software and Excel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system
  • Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable entries
  • Record receipts and payments accurately
  • Support bank reconciliation preparation
  • Maintain organized accounting records and documentation
  • Assist with client and supplier balance confirmations
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Perform other accounting support tasks as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 1–2 years accounting experience preferred (fresh graduates may also apply)
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage
  • Good Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication skills in English
