Assistant Accountant

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Assistant Accountant to manage the full quotation cycle, including RFQ analysis, market inquiry, supplier coordination, cost evaluation, and preparation of accurate commercial quotations for IT products and solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong IT industry background and proven experience delivering competitive, accurate quotations in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and review customer RFQ documents and inquiry requirements, including product specifications, technical parameters, and delivery terms
• Conduct market inquiries and supplier sourcing to collect pricing, lead time, and service information
• Prepare cost analysis, price comparison, and accurate commercial quotations
• Submit quotations on time and follow up on customer feedback and quotation revisions
• Maintain RFQ records, quotation files, and procurement documentation in an organized manner
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth quotation and procurement processes
• Ensure accurate, efficient, and professional handling of daily quotation tasks

Requirements

• Strong IT industry background with knowledge of technical products and quotation processes
• Experienced in RFQ handling, market inquiry, supplier coordination, and quotation preparation
• Good understanding of pricing comparison and market trends for competitive quotations
• Skilled in coordinating with suppliers and vendors for commercial and technical offers
• Detail-oriented and organized in handling multiple tasks and deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills with suppliers, clients, and internal departments
• Able to maintain accurate procurement and quotation documentation efficiently

Professional Skills

• Experienced in RFQ processing, market inquiry, and quotation preparation
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data entry, price comparison, and documentation
• Quick learner with good understanding of technical requirements and business needs
• Familiar with IT products, hardware, software, and networking equipment
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and efficient in handling daily quotation tasks
• Good communication and coordination skills with suppliers and internal teams
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
