We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant / Accountant to join our team immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update inventory records.
- Handle sales and purchase invoices accurately.
- Perform client and vendor account reconciliations.
- Conduct bank reconciliations.
- Manage petty cash transactions and records.
- Maintain employee records and related documentation.
- Assist the reception team when required.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of all accounting and administrative documents.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
- Experience working with:
- Zoho Books,
- Sage 50
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
