Assistant Accountant (Cost & Inventory)

About the Role:

We are looking for a junior-level accountant to focus on cost control and inventory management. This position will be based in the warehouse office and will work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate cost allocation and stock records.

Responsibilities:

• Calculate and analyze warehouse and logistics costs

• Conduct regular inventory counts and variance analysis

• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to optimize stock levels

• Assist in monthly cost closing and reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance

• 2+ years of cost or inventory accounting experience, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment

• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software; ERP experience is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
