Job Title: Assistant Accountant – Real Estate / Builders

Location: On-site
Salary: From Rs 40,000/month

Job Summary:
We are hiring a motivated Accountant with experience in Builders / Real Estate accounting to manage daily financial operations and project-based accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cash book and daily transactions
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Manage general ledger entries
• Handle contractor/vendor payments and reconciliations
• Maintain project-wise accounts and cost tracking

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience
• Real Estate / Builders experience (mandatory)
• Knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting / Finance / Commerce (preferred)

Work Details:

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
