Administrative duties
- Manage and maintain databases and client records.
- Handle correspondence, prepare documents, and organize files.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
- Provide general office support, maintain supplies, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking.
Telesales duties
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote products or services.
- Generate leads and follow up on incoming inquiries.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Explain product/service features, answer questions, and address customer concerns or complaints.
- Upsell and cross-sell other products or services.
- Maintain client relationships and follow up after sales to ensure satisfaction.
- Update the CRM with call details, lead status, and sales activities.
Required skills and qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database/CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Cool-tempered with the ability to handle rejection.
- A bachelor's degree is a plus.
