Administrative duties

  • Manage and maintain databases and client records.
  • Handle correspondence, prepare documents, and organize files.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
  • Provide general office support, maintain supplies, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking.

Telesales duties

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote products or services.
  • Generate leads and follow up on incoming inquiries.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Explain product/service features, answer questions, and address customer concerns or complaints.
  • Upsell and cross-sell other products or services.
  • Maintain client relationships and follow up after sales to ensure satisfaction.
  • Update the CRM with call details, lead status, and sales activities.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database/CRM software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Cool-tempered with the ability to handle rejection.
  • A bachelor's degree is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
