  • We are looking for a finance professional who can handle a blend of accounting operations, financial planning, reporting, and analytical responsibilities. The role supports day-to-day finance activities while also contributing to strategic decision-making, budgeting, and overall financial management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning and Analysis

  • Support the development of financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Conduct financial and variance analysis to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Provide insights to management to assist in planning and performance improvement.

2. Financial Reporting

  • Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.

3. Budgeting and Cost Control

  • Assist in creating annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
  • Track financial performance against budgets and recommend corrective actions.
  • Monitor expenses, revenue, and key performance metrics to identify improvement areas.

4. Cash Flow & Treasury Support

  • Help track cash flow and working capital needs to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work with different departments to gather, validate, and analyse financial data.
  • Assist in developing and improving financial policies, processes, and internal controls.

6. Reporting & Presentations

  • Prepare detailed financial reports, dashboards, and projections for senior management.
  • Support special projects, audits, and ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.

7. Team & Process Support

  • Contribute to building an efficient finance function by supporting team processes, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • (For managerial levels) Provide guidance to junior team members and help strengthen the department’s capabilities.

Experience: 5 to 7 years

Shift timings: 9:30 am to 7:00 pm IST (1 hour Break)
