Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily bookkeeping and financial records.
- Update bank books and prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements.
- Reconcile inventory records between ERP systems and physical stock counts.
- Identify and report inventory variances for management review.
- Assist in month-end closing activities, including journal entries and accruals.
- Ensure timely closure of sub-ledgers and supporting schedules.
- Maintain accurate accounting documentation and records.
- Support the Accounts Department in financial reporting and data analysis.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial transactions.
- Assist in audit preparations and compliance-related activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, BBA, MBA, or a related field.
- Preferred certifications: CMA, BBA, MBA, or equivalent.
- 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience in a manufacturing industry will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and bank reconciliations.
- Familiarity with inventory accounting and month-end closing procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
- Experience working with ERP Accounting Systems.
- Good understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
