Job Description:

The Assistant Accounts will support the accounts department in maintaining accurate financial records, handling daily accounting tasks, and assisting in reporting and documentation. The role requires basic accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a professional office environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining daily accounts records, vouchers, and ledger entries.
  • Prepare and check invoices, bills, and payment documents for accuracy.
  • Support cash, bank, and petty cash records and perform basic reconciliations.
  • Assist in monthly closing activities and preparation of basic financial reports.
  • Maintain proper filing of accounts documents and ensure record accuracy.
  • Coordinate with other departments for accounts-related information and documents.
  • Support senior accounts staff during audits, reviews, and routine accounts work.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (B.Com preferred).

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

Ability to use MS Excel, MS Word, and accounting software.

Honest, responsible, and professional attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 per month
