Assistant Accounts Manager

Job Position: Asst. Account Manager (Experience in Stock Accounting)

Salary: 50K to 70K pm

Experience: Min 5 years

Location: Vasai East

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting & Financial Management
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.
• Ensure timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual books of accounts.
• Manage fixed assets accounting, depreciation, capitalization, and related compliances.
• Support statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits.
• GST & Taxation
• Handle end-to-end GST compliance including monthly/annual returns, reconciliations, e-invoicing, and e-way bills.
• Coordinate with consultants for GST assessments, departmental audits, and notices.
• Oversee TDS, advance tax, and other direct/indirect tax compliance.
• Manage factory-level accounting including raw material, WIP, finished goods, and stock audits.
• Control commercial aspects such as vendor payments, contracts, credit management, and working capital monitoring.
• Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and statutory authorities.
• MIS & Reporting
• Prepare and analyze MIS reports, cost sheets, and variance analysis for management decision-making.
• Provide timely financial insights on profitability, margins, and cash flow.
• Lead and mentor a team of accountants/executives at factory and HO level.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
