JOB OVERVIEW

Responsible for end-to-end accounting, statutory compliance, reconciliation, and financial reporting. Ensures accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to all statutory, GST, and audit requirements while coordinating with internal teams and external consultants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage purchase & payables, vendor bill verification, and reconciliation.
  • Oversee sales & receivables, GST-verified invoicing, AR tracking & follow-ups.
  • Monitor inventory adjustments with delivery documentation.
  • Handle bank reconciliation, charges review, and fund movement analysis.
  • Verify FSE & petty cash expenses with approvals and accurate categorization.
  • Ensure monthly TDS/TCS compliance, reconciliations, and timely payments.
  • File GSTR-1, 3B, and RCM entries accurately and on time.
  • Manage payroll accounting, PT, PF, and ESI filings.
  • Track general expenses, contracts, and prepaid adjustments.
  • Prepare P&L, working capital, and budget reports with key ratio insights.
  • Support audit and ROC filings, ensuring timely data and closure.

Required Caliber

  • Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Statutory filings.
  • Proficiency in Zoho Books / Tally / Excel (Advanced).
  • Analytical mindset with accuracy and process discipline.
  • Strong coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills.
  • Ethical, reliable, and detail-oriented with an ownership mindset.

Qualification & Experience

  • Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or trading setup.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹56,000.00 per month
