Assistant Accounts Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily accounting records and ledger entries
  • Prepare vouchers (Payment, Receipt & Journal)
  • Assist in preparation of financial statements
  • Bank reconciliation and cash handling
  • Maintain accounts payable & receivable records
  • Assist in monthly closing and reporting
  • Support audit process and documentation
  • Handle tax-related documentation (Sales Tax / Income Tax)

Qualification (Either of the following):

  • ACCA / CMA (Part qualified or Finalist) with 2 years experience
  • B.Com with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to meet deadlines
