About the Role
We are seeking anAccounts Receivable Manager who will manage and oversee accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely collections. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with our Asia and USA based teams to facilitate smooth AR operations. Experience handling large volumes of data, especially related to big box retail customers, payment deductions, and dilution, is essential. Additionally, the candidate should possess skills in leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows, identify patterns, and improve overall AR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the accounts receivable ledger and ensure accurate posting and reconciliation
- Analyze and resolve payment discrepancies including deductions and dilutions
- Coordinate regular communication with the Asia team to streamline AR operations
- Handle and analyze large datasets with accuracy and efficiency
- Utilize AI tools and technologies to enhance data analysis, automate routine tasks, and optimize payment processing
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including big box customers.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and apply AI-driven solutions for enhanced efficiency
- Demonstrate potential for growth within the financial operations team
- Assist with routine month-end, year-end closing activities, and internal and external audits.
- Review and understand customer agreements/contracts for assigned accounts
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum 5 years of Accounting background
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other formulas), plus Outlook and Word. Heavy Excel usage and data tracking are required.
- Proficiency in AI tools and technologies relevant to financial data analysis and process automation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and navigating customer portals
- Self-motivated with potential and desire for growth in financial operations
- -Have knowledge of LC and OA payment forms.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent related experience).
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
- Experience working with Big Box customer accounts and portals.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
