Assistant Accounts (SAP Entries)

job Overview:
Urgent Hiring! We are looking for a experienced Assistant Accounts professional with hands-on exposure to SAP and a solid understanding of accounting operations.

Shift Timing (on-site): 9AM - 6PM

Location: 19 KM Sheikhupura Road, Lahore

Industry: Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

• Post daily accounting entries in SAP and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Navigate SAP screens, post entries, view ledgers, and generate reports.
• Check and verify supporting documents including GRN, PO, invoices, approvals, payment vouchers, and expense claims.
• Assist in month-end closing, reporting, and audit documentation.

Major Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SAP (posting entries, viewing ledgers, generating reports).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude.
