Who is our ideal candidate for the role?

Vesta Care is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin & Accountant Assistant to support our growing operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both administrative and accounting functions, providing essential support to management and the finance team. This role requires excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.

We are considering profiles with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative and accounting support roles (UAE experience preferred).
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Responsibilities:

Accounting Support

  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.
  • Support accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing and reconciliations.
  • Help with month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy.
  • Assist in audits and ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.

Administrative Support

  • Manage daily office operations and handle general administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate meetings, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Maintain filing systems (electronic and physical) and ensure records are up to date.
  • Assist management with reports, schedules, and internal communications.
