Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Assistant Admin Manager cum Purchase Manager who can independently handle administration, interior material procurement, and liaisoning with authorities, consultants, vendors, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:1. Administration & HR

  • Human Resource coordination
  • Recruitment support and daily reporting
  • Attendance monitoring & record maintenance
  • Supervision of housekeeping staff, security guards, and drivers
  • Labour compliance coordination (ESI/PF consultants)
  • Maintaining staff & labour records
  • Police verification of all staff & labour

2. Facilities & Infrastructure Management

  • Building facility management
  • Routine maintenance of office infrastructure
  • CCTV operation & maintenance
  • Diesel generator & electrical panel maintenance
  • Maintenance of AC, DG, Servo, vehicles, electrical, plumbing & mechanical systems
  • Horticulture supervision

3. Logistics & Transportation

  • Logistics coordination for materials and deliveries
  • Local transportation arrangements
  • Flight & train ticket bookings
  • Vehicle records & maintenance
  • Courier handling & tracking

4. IT & Communication Support

  • IT infrastructure coordination
  • Local IT hardware & peripherals procurement

5. Finance & Accounts Support

  • Petty cash handling
  • Vendor management & payment follow-up / scheduling

6. Events, Travel & Coordination

  • Travel planning & arrangements
  • Event support and coordination
  • Exhibition visits & support
  • PAN India hotel booking
  • Project site visits as required

7. Safety & Security

  • Safety and hazard management
  • Fire extinguisher quantity/location/validity record
  • First-aid box maintenance

8. Legal & Liaisoning

  • Handling local legal coordination
  • Liaisoning with police, MCD, authorities, consultants, and government offices

9. Miscellaneous

  • Pantry & housekeeping supplies
  • Stationery procurement
  • Visa application support
  • Cost-cutting and Kaizen initiatives

Purchase Responsibilities (Interior Projects):

  • Interior material procurement (civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, hardware, finishing materials, etc.)
  • Vendor sourcing and rate comparison
  • Negotiation, purchase orders, and delivery follow-up
  • GRN, inventory and material stock record
  • Coordination with project team for daily site requirements

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of interior materials & market rates
  • Admin & facility management experience
  • Liaisoning & vendor negotiation skills
  • Good communication and documentation skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word)

Experience:

5–8 years (Interior Industry preferred)
