About the Role
Leaders Training Centre is seeking a proactive, organised, and customer-focused Assistant Admin / Receptionist to join our professional team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys interacting with visitors, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations in a dynamic training environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors and learners in a courteous and professional manner.
- Provide information on training programmes, schedules, and services.
- Handle administrative tasks, including record keeping, documentation, and correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, classes, and training sessions using scheduling tools.
- Maintain a professional, clean, and organised reception area.
- Support internal teams with operational and event coordination activities.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure efficient workflow and service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative and operational processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory).
- Energetic, professional, and customer-oriented personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong multitasking, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and administrative/scheduling tools.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar administrative or front desk role.
