Assistant Agency Manager - Insurance Sales

Key Roles &Responsibilities

- Preparing business dashboard covering all key metrics

- Analyzing trends and building insights for decision-making to Zonal and regional Business Head

- Analyzing existing reports and sharing observations for effective decision making.

- Comfortable working with large, complex datasets and analyzes data quality

- Timely and Accuracy of reporting all Reports/Dashboards/Contest Updates

- Tracking progress of key initiatives across defined region

- Supporting in preparation of business presentations, reports and related activities

- Contest regular Updates, Results, and Queries management

- Analyzing Contest outcome and giving insights on effective driving the campaigns

- Strong and effective stakeholder management. Timely response to both internal and external stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
