Join our dynamic property management team as an Assistant Apartment Manager, where you'll play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our residential community. This position offers the opportunity to engage directly with residents, oversee leasing activities, and ensure the smooth functioning of property maintenance and administrative tasks. Duties
- Assist in managing leasing processes, including property tours, application processing, and lease signing using Yardi or OneSite software.
- Support rent collection, data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records related to tenant accounts and legal documentation.
- Coordinate property maintenance requests and facilities management to ensure a safe and well-maintained community environment.
- Engage with prospective tenants through sales techniques and upselling amenities or lease options to maximize occupancy rates.
- Assist in maintaining clean property common areas and exterior grounds.
- Assist with legal administrative tasks such as reviewing contracts, managing lease agreements, and supporting eviction procedures if necessary.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of property management systems like Appfolio.
- Proven ability in property leasing, sales techniques, negotiation skills, and upselling strategies to enhance occupancy.
- Excellent customer service skills paired with conflict management abilities to handle resident concerns effectively.
- Familiarity with property maintenance coordination, facilities management, data entry, filing, and office administrative experience.
- Ability to clean common areas and exterior groundskeeping.
- Effective communication skills demonstrating professional phone etiquette and customer relationship management expertise.
- Ability to manage contracts, legal documentation, and conduct legal administrative tasks accurately. Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
