Assistant Area Sales Manager

Authentic Financial is seeking motivated individuals to join our growing team as an Assistant Area Sales Manager. In this role, you will work directly with individuals, families, and business owners to help them protect what matters most through supplemental benefit programs while also supporting the growth and development of a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals, families, and business owners to identify benefit needs
• Educate clients on supplemental benefit options and provide customized solutions
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and provided leads
• Assist in training, mentoring, and supporting new sales agents
• Participate in team meetings, leadership development, and ongoing training
