Assistant Art Director

Job Summary
This is a full-time, on-site position for an entry level Assistant Art Director, based in Akron, OH. The Assistant Art Director will collaborate with the creative team on the development and execution of visual concepts and campaigns. Daily responsibilities include assisting in art direction, creating graphic designs, working on branding strategies, and supporting creative direction for client projects. The role also involves managing visual aspects of projects to maintain consistency and delivering high-quality design solutions within deadlines.

Requirements

• Proficiency Adobe Creative Suite applications, Indesign, Illustrator, Premiere and after effects
• Working knowledge of web design and webpage building tools
• Organizational and project management abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the advertising or marketing industry is a plus

Pay: $42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
