Who Should Apply

We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of automotive sales experience. This role is frequently referred to as a Floor Manager. The primary job responsibilities are:

- Lead Conversion - internet, phone, and social media opportunities

• Mastery of our sales and lead conversion processes
• Backup F&I in papering deals
• Early Manager Introduction with all customers
• Conduct daily lot and phone training
