Assistant Baker Decorator & Admin

About Us:

Velvett Cakes is a Dubai-based cloud bakery known for premium, handcrafted cakes. We’re looking for a proactive and reliable Admin & Bakery Assistant to support daily operations — from handling customer orders to assisting in cake production when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage WhatsApp and online orders (Deliveroo, Talabat, etc.) and coordinate deliveries.
• Respond to customer inquiries and take custom cake orders with attention to detail.
• Support Admin tasks such as order tracking, stock updates, and supplier coordination.
• Assist the chef during peak hours or staff leaves (stacking, filling, and decorating cakes).

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or admin in F&B industry.
• Knowledge of baking & cake decoration is a must.
• Good communication (English required) and coordination skills.
• Organized, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced bakery environment.
• Must be based in Dubai.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
