Assistant Banqueting Manager, Jeddah

We’re looking for an Assistant Banqueting Manager to join one of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s most prestigious hospitality groups, based in Jeddah.

As Assistant Banqueting Manager, you will support the leadership of large-scale, high-profile events, ensuring flawless execution that reflects the highest standards of luxury, service, and attention to detail.

We’re keen to meet experienced Assistant Banqueting Managers or Senior Banqueting Supervisors from 5-star hotels, luxury resorts, or premium event venues, with strong exposure to high-end social events and large-scale banquets. This role works closely with the Banqueting Manager and F&B leadership team, supporting day-to-day operations and overseeing banquet service teams across multiple luxury events and venues.

The salary for the position is 11,250 SAR per month + accommodation allowance + travel is also provided by the group.

The ideal candidate will lead from the front, demonstrating strong operational knowledge and the ability to motivate and develop service teams. With a diverse and fast-paced events calendar, strong organisational skills, adaptability, and calm leadership under pressure are essential.
