Assistant Bar Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Bar Manager located in Dubai. The Assistant Bar Manager will oversee the bar's day-to-day operations, including customer service, managing the food & beverage inventory, training staff, driving sales, and ensuring a high level of communication within the team.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Food & Beverage management
• Training skills
• Sales skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards
• Previous experience in Eastern or Western European operations
• Supervise bar staff and ensure that quality products and high-standard service are provided
• During service, ensure that the staff are knowledgeable about the menu, daily specials, are courteous to guests, and are following correct S&S procedures, using correct glasses, garnishes are used, checking ID's, etc..
