Assistant Barista / Cashier (Female)

Aqua Brew Aquarium Café is a unique café experience combining quality beverages, customer service excellence, and a relaxing aquarium-themed environment. We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Female Assistant Barista / Cashier to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
• Operate the cash counter and maintain daily sales records.
• Assist the Barista in preparing coffee, beverages, and light refreshments.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor concerns professionally.
• Maintain product displays and assist in inventory management when required.

Requirements

• Intermediate, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, retail, or cashier role will be preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
• Presentable personality with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
