Assistant Bartender/Barback

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes, menu, & customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensure all supplies are stocked and readily available.
• Interact with customers in a friendly & professional manner, provide recommendations and answer questions.
• Process transactions accurately using cash registers or POS systems, including Aloha POS, handling cash, credit cards, and tips.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork in a diverse multi-cultural workspace where other staff may not speak English as their first language
• Previous bartending/barback experience or knowledge is preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• 18 years old or above, required availability on weekends and most Holidays
