Assistant Bookkeeper

We are an entertainment business management firm that specializes in delivering financial management services to our unique client list of musicians, performers, producers and high net worth individuals. We are looking for a motivated Assistant Bookkeeper to join our Seattle team.

If you've never heard of entertainment business management, think of us as accountants for rock stars. We are trusted advisors to celebrities and entertainers, and although we are an independent firm, our reach spans across the entire globe.

Work alongside an accomplished entertainment business manager with 20 years of experience in the industry, along with a growing and supportive team in our Nashville office. This is an entrepreneurial environment that will expose candidates to a variety of work with a diverse international client base.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable – multiple entities
• Accounts Payable; matching items receipts and POs to Vendor bills
• Reconciling Vendor statements
• Maintaining Vendor and Customer files
• Downloading bank transactions
• Reconciling Bank and credit card accounts – multiple entities
• Keep organized records and files for easy and efficient retrieval
• Miscellaneous office administration

Ideal Experience:

• Proficiency in Agilink by Datafaction, Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Suite and Mac OS
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently to resolve problems
• Analytical and strategic thinker
• Prior experience in the entertainment business, accounting or entertainment business management is ideal.
• Passion for music is a massive plus.
